Timetable for the day
Staging exhibits: The Village Hall will be open from 08:30 am to 10:45 am to place exhibits. No new exhibitors will be allowed in the Hall after 10:45 am.
Please note that all exhibitors will be asked to leave the Hall by 11:00 am to allow our judges the time to look at all the exhibits. The judging process takes up to 2 hours, hence the reason for the deadline.
Judging 11:00 am to 1:00 pm
Open to the public at 2:00 pm
Presentation of Cups 4:00 pm
Raffle 4:30 pm
Tea and Cakes served all afternoon
Entry Procedure
Entries can be placed online here. Completed entry forms should be placed until 18th July proceeding the show. Variations only can be expected until 10:30 am on the day.
Fees
An entry fee of 50p per exhibit entered is payable by all exhibitors over the age 16 years. This is to be paid at the door on the day of the event. Cash only please.
